1. The contract between the Costumer and Inka Wasi Travel Corp
a. Please read the Terms, Conditions & General
Information contained in these pages very carefully. They outline the terms under which you’re SAT – Adventures ( Inka Wasi Travel Corp) tour will operate and they limit our liability.
b. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date Inka Wasi Travel Corp has confirmed acceptance and issued a confirmation invoice. It is at this point that a binding contract between Inka Wasi Travel Corp and the Client comes into existence.
c. Payment of deposit and/or final payment is an acknowledgement of receipt of these terms & conditions and constitutes acceptance of such as outlined.

 


2. Reservation, Deposit and Final Payment
a. To secure a booking with Inka Wasi Travel , The costumer must deposit 30% of total amount due. Minimum deposit is $150.00 for the Inka Trail Reservations. And this amount is non-refundable. Clients booking by telephone, facsimile or email will be deemed to have read the booking conditions.
b. The balance must be paid to Inka Wasi Travel Corp no later than 30 days before departure. In case of non-payment of the balance by the due date Inka Wasi will consider the booking as cancelled by the Client.
c. If the reservation is made within the last 30 days of departure (and if space is still available), the entire tour price must be paid at the time of reservation.
d. Payment can either be made by transferring the total amount of the invoice to one of our accounts, money order, check, or by credit card (Add 3.5%) We accept all major credit cards. In case of a bank transfer all wiring and transfer costs should be assumed by The Client.
e. The tours packages in the Web page don’t include the airfares except we put them in the inclusions However we can quote for you the best available airfares applicable at time of departure, based on individual gateways for the complete air itinerary. Due to constant fluctuation in fuel surcharges and taxes Inka Wasi are unable to publish airfares. Excellent fares, matching the tour, are available upon request at the time of booking


3. Travel Vouchers:
Acknowledgement of booking will be sent immediately upon initiation of a reservation. Invoice and general information such as reading and clothing suggestions, customs information, anticipated weather conditions, etc. will be forwarded to you upon receipt of deposit. Final tour documents consisting of detailed tour itinerary, vouchers will be sending approximately 21–30 by electronic Mail or by regular mail upon request.


4. Changes and Cancellation by the Costumer
Because on the special nature of the programs, suppliers impose rigid cancellation fees; please be aware that Inka Wasi Travel Corp has no control over such fees and cannot make any exceptions to these charges.

Note: ALL cancellations must be received by Inka Wasi in writing; cancellation/s will be effective when the written notice is received at Inka Wasi Travel offices in Miami Florida:

If a cancellation is received after INka Wasi Travel is in possession of the initial deposit, but more than 30 days prior to departure (or 60 days if applicable), the cancellation fee incurred will be 15% per person (a higher cancellation fee may apply to some tours). If cancellation is received between 29 to 16 days prior to departure the fee incurred will be 50% of the entire tour price.

No refund will be given if the cancel is received within 15 days before the arrival date in Peru or the beginning of the hired service .

If there is a last minute purchase of a tour and it is afterwards cancelled it will not be refunded.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some may be non-refundable. Details will be provided at the time of booking. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance (see Insurance clause) All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee:

In case part of a booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy, or single room supplements).
INKA TRAIL ENTRANCES TICKETS CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling, the entrance will not be refunded ($150), ticket entrance dates and names cannot be changed at any time.


5. Reservation of Rights
Inka Wasi Travel Corp (when deemed necessary) reserves the right to:
(a) Cancel any itinerary or any part of it;
(b) Make any alterations to the itinerary (including, but not limited to, alterations to substitution of hotels); and
(c) Decline to accept or to retain any person as a tour passenger should such person’s health, mental or physical condition, in the sole opinion of Inka Wasi Travel , impede the operation of the tour of the other passengers. Tour members are held responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the tour. If a passenger is asked to leave while the tour is in progress, that person will be responsible for charges incurred on account of such departure from the tour and/or their return to their country. In such a case, Inka Wasi Travel will refund any monies that can be recovered for the unused portion of the tour, taking into account additional charges incurred by Inka Wasi Travel . Other than to refund such sum, Inka Wasi Travel will accept no further liability or obligation toward that person or third party.


6. Changes and Cancellation by Inka Wasi Travel Corp
The Costumer accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions. Inka Wasi Travel reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices (including flights, accommodation or other arrangements) and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes.

If a major change is known to us, the Client will be told at the time of the booking. If a major change becomes necessary after booking Inka Wasi Travel will inform the Clients as soon as reasonably possible. When a major change is made the Client will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing any other available tour or cancelling the tour and obtaining a full refund. Provided that the major change is not because of force majeure.


7. Our responsibility
SAT – Adventures , operated by Inka Wasi Travel Corporation act only in the capacity as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, and/or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services to the client. The client is advised that Inka Wasi Travel purchases such transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with Inka Wasi Travel . Inka Wasi makes every effort to select the best suppliers of the aforementioned services. However, Inka Wasi does not control the operations of these agents and as a result, CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER CLAIM which may occur as the result of any and/or all of the following:

(a) The wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the independent supplier, agent, its employees or others who are not under the direct control or supervision of Inka Wasi Travel ;
(b) Defects or failures of any vessel, aircraft, vehicle or other instrumentality which is under the control of an independent supplier; or
(c) loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from any force majeure which is war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events beyond the control of INKA WASI TRAVEL .INKA WASI TRAVEL is not liable for any charges in the event of a change -beyond their control- to the departure time or date of a tour, flight or other form of transport.


8. Increases
Inka Wasi Travel can increase the tour cost to take account of the following items: government laws , currency change , cost of fuel, overflying charges, airport charges and increase in scheduled air fares. If the surcharge results in an increase of more than 10% of the tour cost, the Client may cancel the booking within 7 days notification of the increase and obtain a full refund. The increases can’t be imposed within 30 days of departure.


9. Reservations Changes
The Costumer can request modifications in the itinerary , after the modification , Inka Wasi Travel have to send a new quote to include additional services or days in addition to those already paid for the deposit/ Also may result in a supplemental booking fee.


10. Travel Documents
All participants must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months. A visa or visas may be required for some or all of the countries visited on the holiday or tour selected. Please check your visa requirement/s at time of booking. Inka Wasi Travel will provide visa information’s. Inka Wasi Travel It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all his or her visa and passport requirements are met
Government Policy towards acquiring a Visa changes and inoculations can change at any time for citizens of different countries all around the globe; it is the client’s obligation to request information in writing for any Visa needed for entry into any country in Latin America.


11. Complaint
The tour Leader or the Contact in the destination may use their best endeavours to rectify any situation. Also the costumer has the ability to claim a compensation form Inka Wasi Travel
The complaint must be received by Inka Wasi Travel in writing within 30 days of the incident happened.


12. Travel insurance
The Costumers are responsible for arranging their own insurance.
We highly recommend our customers purchasing travel insurance for travels in South America. Travel Guard is our recommended provider – www.travelguard.com


13. Health Requirements
Health regulations for some countries visited on featured tours in this web page and brochure may require proof of inoculation and/or vaccination certificate; such certificate should be in your possession throughout the entire tour. 14. Accommodations
Accommodations on a double occupancy basis will be provided at the property specified or similar. Rooms will be assigned by the respective supplier/s on a run-of-the-house basis, in category/ies as specified in the itinerary. The hotels featured in the itinerary will be in accordance to the level of the program - (this term may be defined by the hospitality industry in the region providing such accommodation or by trade custom). All per person rates are based on double occupancy of the respective accommodation units as described above. A Tour member occupying a single room, either by choice or by circumstance, is required to pay the single room supplement.


15. Sightseeing & Land Tour Services
The following services are included in your tour price: transportation between the airports and hotels, sightseeing with English or Spanish -speaking guides as mentioned in the itinerary ( other language upon request by private service) and all entrance fees to attractions visited as described in the itinerary. Sightseeing will be via motor coach, private car and other modes of transportation as determined by the nature of the terrain and as outlined in the itinerary. Transfers are included when arriving or departing at the first destination gateway by means other than the scheduled tour flights,
The transfers are not included if you have different arrivals or departures; but can be arranged at additional cost.


16. Special Entertainment
Cultural entertainment events, gala evenings and/or festivals are included as per the itinerary.


17. Non Refundable Air Tickets
For departures that are not guaranteed: If you are purchasing a non-refundable air ticket, please make sure that your travel agent explains the difficulties associated with these airfares. Inka Wasi Travel cannot be held responsible for any change/cancellation penalties associated with non-refundable airfares.


18. Luggage
Arrangements include transportation and transfer of two standard-sized suitcases per person.


19. Airline Baggage Regulations
Intercontinental, Economy-class allowance per tour participant, permits two checked pieces of luggage per person, and subject to a total combined measurement of 106 inches (width + depth + height). No dimension of any single bag is to exceed 62 inches. The carriage weight per bag is limited to 50Lbs.

The regional requirements for non-intercontinental flights are determined by weight, usually 44 lbs. per person in economy class (charter flights, if and when used, allow only 22 pounds, soft-sided luggage; limitations are strictly enforced). Carry-on baggage is not to exceed 45 inches and must conform to under seat size requirements of 9x14x22 inches. Baggage and personal effects are at owner’s risk throughout the tour and baggage insurance is strongly recommended (see insurance clause). Carrier liability for tour members’ baggage is clearly stated on the passenger contract printed on all tickets; description can also be found for inspection at the airport or city offices of the carrier. Liability for checked and unchecked baggage shall in no event exceed the actual loss incurred by the passenger, subject to proof of the amount of loss.

Please read all of the conditions of your ticket. Federal law and treaties limits the amount of recovery for loss of or damage to your luggage or its contents. To protect against such limitations, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance (see insurance clause).


20. Your tour price does not include: Air transportation (unless specifically stated as included); costs and fees to obtain or extend your passport/s; visa fees and processing fees; inoculations and vaccinations (if required); health certificate; airport taxes and country departure taxes (if applicable); all items of a personal nature including alcoholic beverages (except on certain occasions): meals not specified, tips to tour guides; excess baggage charges; cancellation, health, accident and baggage insurance; private, non-group transfers; and any items not specifically listed as included.


21. Photography
Inka Wasi Travel reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program and to use resulting photographs for promotional purposes. Any passengers who prefer that their images not be used are asked to notify their tour escort at the beginning of the program.
